Now Viewing: antihero
Tag type: General
An anti-hero is a central main character or some good character who lacks the heroical traits of a good guy. These anti-heroes aren’t to be mistaken for regular heroes who have some minor amoral flaws, but these anti-heroes have similar attributes as the villain with how their lengths and means are way closely similar to having the characters around them or the audience view them almost as villains since these anti-heroes are in the grey area. However, these anti-heroes are liked upon others because of how sympathetic and dynamic they are to actual ordinary good guys. While many others say that anti-heroes are typical and plays the victim blaming someone or something for the way that they are thus giving them a childish egotistical sense like the villain. The way to separate the anti-heroes from the villains is that the anti-heroes are those the audience may want to root for in some way while the villains the audience would often despise and not really want to relate to. It is because they are in the grey area they do not really have that ability of picking a side not being considered pure good nor pure evil.
